Defend Sea Turtles and All Marine Wildlife

The U.S. Department of the Interior recently reversed a plan that would have phased out single-use plastic products in national parks, wildlife refuges and other public lands by 2032. But Congress has the chance to turn the tide by passing the Reducing Waste in National Parks Act.

If action isn’t taken, the Department’s reversal could have deadly consequences for sea turtles and other marine wildlife. Phasing out single-use plastics in national parks and beyond will help keep our ocean healthy and our wildlife safe for generations to come.

Call on your lawmakers today to stand up for sea turtles and all marine wildlife by supporting the Reducing Waste in National Parks Act.
