Defend Sea Turtles from Plastic Pollution

Now more than ever, sea turtles need our help. Plastic pollution threatens the survival of these beloved creatures. In fact, just a gaming die's worth of plastic is enough to kill one in two baby sea turtles.

To stop the global plastics problem, we need to make fewer plastics AND expand reuse systems that can reduce our reliance on single-use plastics altogether. The bipartisan Research for Environmental Uses and Sustainable Economies (REUSE) Act would direct the Environmental Protection Agency to examine reuse systems and their potential to reduce waste.
