Tell Congress: Ban Toxics from Plastic Bottles

Every year, plastic bottles are among the most common items found polluting our beaches and waterways worldwide. Too many of those bottles contain toxics and other substances that make them hard to recycle—and when they end up in our ocean and waterways, they can cause serious harm to wildlife.

The Banning Toxics in Plastic Bottles Act would ban producers and retailers from selling single-use beverage containers that contain substances and toxics that are harmful to people and our ocean.
